Explaining Our Process:
- File the Notice of Protest, typically before May 31st
- Analyze Existing Assessments
- Prepare and Present Protests to the Appraisal District
- Appeal to the Appraisal Review Board if necessary
- If client is not satisfied with the Appraisal Review Board Results, the property owner may be eligible for Binding Arbitration
- If Binding Arbitration is not an option, then the property owner may pursue relief through a lawsuit
